MoonMars Workshop MMW - Life Science - Human Psyche

Sarah Crook, SGC 2004 delegate from Australia.

In 2004 I attended the Space Generation Congress, Vancouver, as a first time delegate. I met a spectacular group of young space enthusiasts. This event had such a powerful impact on me that I am now Co-Chair of the Moon Mars Workshop for the 2005 Space Generation Congress, Fukuoka, and I hope to give other delegates the chance to live part of their dreams the way I did.

Yuri's Night, the World Party for Space

Yuri's Night, the World Party for Space, seeks explorers to increase global recognition of April 12 as a planetary holiday honoring the flight of Yuri Gagarin in 1961, STS-1 in 1981, and first Japanese rocket in 1957. After five years of work and success, we are ready for Yuri's night to evolve into a more pervasive global celebration that reaches all levels of the space community and out into the general public. Participants in this Project Track will be analyzing procedures from the past and creating more effective methods for engaging public interest.
